Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Once your request is approved, return instructions will be provided.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once the returned products have been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
