We currently ship exclusively within the European Union. For orders outside the European Union, please contact one of our official distributors or contact us directly for assistance.

Processing Times
Orders are generally prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak periods, launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country and carrier services:
• France: 2–5 business days
• European Union: 3–8 business days

Shipping Fees

Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
